3. Delivery

• We currently deliver only within Bengaluru (specific pin codes mentioned in our Shipping Policy).

• Orders placed before 4:00 PM are eligible for same-day delivery; orders placed later will be delivered the next day.

• Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address.

4. Refund & Cancellation

• Customers must check their products at the time of delivery.

• Once accepted, no refunds or replacements will be processed later (see our Refund Policy).

• Orders once dispatched cannot be cancelled.

• Our products are fresh and perishable; they must be stored as per instructions on the pack.

• Nala Foods is not responsible for issues arising from improper storage or delayed consumption.
